The fete is sponsored by Stoke Gifford Parish Council and Stoke Gifford Trust. There isn’t a fixed charge for entry but we do ask for a donation. Access to the rides and inflatables, refreshments (tea, coffee and cake) are provided free of charge but donations are welcome. All funds collected will be used to fund future fetes.
The local Scout Group will be fund-raising by cooking burgers and sausages.
Please note that there will also be paid for activities and other refreshments available and that stalls are run on a commercial basis.
The Trust car park will be reserved for individuals with a valid blue badge for the duration of the fete
The Stoke Gifford Village Fete is an ideal opportunity to raise the profile of your group, do a bit of fundraising or have an “arts and crafts” stall. If you’d like a stall, please get in touch.
We can supply a table and you are welcome to bring an additional table (and perhaps some garden chairs). We suggest you bring a gazebo if the weather is changeable as we cannot accommodate everyone inside. Setting up is from 11am and the car access to the Trust Ground will be closed at 12 noon for safety reasons. Car parking for stall holders is available on the field. We ask for a donation of £10, payable on the day, for stallholders who do not represent a recognised local charity or not-for-profit group Please book your place so that we can reserve you a space. This can be done by contacting the Trust by email to contact@stokegiffordtrust.org.uk or by calling 0117 4055372.
The Trust car park will be reserved for individuals with a valid blue badge for the duration of the fete.
