We can supply a table and you are welcome to bring an additional table (and perhaps some garden chairs). We suggest you bring a gazebo if the weather is changeable as we cannot accommodate everyone inside. Setting up is from midday and the car access to the Trust Ground will be closed at 1 pm for safety reasons. Car parking for stall holders is available along the boundary fence on the Field Farm Close (North) side of the Trust Ground. We ask for a donation of £10, payable on the day, for stallholders who do not represent a recognised local charity or not-for-profit group Please book your place so that we can reserve you a space. This can be done by either contacting the Parish Council by email to clerk@stokegifford.org.uk or by calling 01454 865202. Volunteers Needed for Fete

The Stoke Gifford Fete will be held this year on the 25th May. As always, we need volunteers to help set up, run and clean up after the event. If you could spare some time on the Bank Holiday Monday, please get in touch using the contact details on the website. We split the afternoon into shifts: setup, early stewarding, late stewarding and clean. Each shift is about one and a half hours.
